OVERVIEW


RA understands that resort collection activity is different from other types of collections. With over 60 years accumulated experience our Timeshare Division staff specializes exclusively with resorts collection. Meticulous training and thorough understanding of the buying-selling process of the product gives our agents a comparative advantage over ordinary collections methodologies. They will work with your new members, instructing them step by step in the advantages and exclusiveness that having purchased into your timeshare or resort property can give you. We will look for an amicable solution to your debtor’s issues, always keeping in mind that you as the owner are trying to preserve and maintain a vital relationship with your client.

Our Timeshare Division takes on numerous roles. Working as a multifunctional team; our staff is complemented by our state of the art service software RAVIS (Resorts Advantage Visual Information System). This software service system combined with the efficiency and friendliness of our team makes processes such as: reservation, sales & marketing, deposit and exchange procedures, collections and account updates efficient and fast. We understand how simple and smooth transactions should be in order to create a solid relationship between members and vacation clubs, guaranteeing client satisfaction and complete fulfillment of member’s expectations. Basically we are here to provide any information members may wish to have about the status of their membership, account updates and information pertaining to the resort, and members assigned exchange companies. Our agents are well prepared to answer all tourist information questions relating to resort amenities, services, activities, and places of interest; as well as inputs on shopping, dining, and more.

Currently we are extending our professional services to resorts in Europe, Canada, Caribbean, South America and the United States. Our wide range of services to members includes: customer service, reservations, and collections; in addition to providing our developers and clients with membership management services and professional insight about their members’ requests and needs.
